This year's games is our 29th year of providing sporting events for Master and Senior Athletes of New Hampshire. This is a qualifying year for the 2017 National Senior Games to be held in Birmingham, AL. New Hampshire is an open state and out of state residents are welcomed to participate and quality for the National Senior Games.

NH Masters Games gives adults the opportunity to compete with peers in a variety of activities and, more importantly, to enhance their fitness, health and quality of life. NHMG has no paid staff and relies on many volunteers to assist in putting on this 14 day program along with 60+ events.

NHMG is the leader in fitness for Master and Senior athletes. Everything we do focuses on our mission of Fitness, Friendship and Fun. Whether you are just beginning or have been active all your life, there are sports here for you to compete at your level. No experience necessary.
